We are a 100% free question and answer site just for moms. You can get fast answers about child-rearing, kid safety, product reviews -- anything kid related -- straight from the people who know best - moms!

Sort of. Much like a forum, questions get asked and moms from around the world are able to chime in with answers. But if you visit normal forums much, you've probably discovered (like we have) that they often take twists and turns, get off topic, and sometimes you have to sift through pages of nonsense to get to the good stuff.

Not so with momLOVES.us! Everything around here is vote-able, just like an election (but without all the political stuff). And basically when things are put up to a vote, the best answers typically bubble to the top, while the not-so-best answers sink to the bottom.

Your score -- which is that number between brackets behind your user name like {99} -- is at the heart of your account on momLOVES.us. There are many ways to earn and "spend" points, and even a few ways that points get taken away. Check out the Score page for an overview.

Well, you could. But most likely your off-topic question or answer will get voted down pretty fast. We're trying to build a community of mom-based Q&As for the mom community. If you have questions about other stuff, I'm sure there's a site for you somewhere.
